P@SHA is excited to announce the launch of the ‘Diversity and Inclusion Framework: for Pakistani IT Companies’ report. In the last few months, the D&I working committee has been working on promoting diversity and guiding on how to make IT workplaces more inclusive. We believe that this report will help you in setting D&I organisational goals and their implementation.
The report sheds light on all the important aspects of ‘D&I policies and practices.’ It also includes a D&I bench-marking tool to assess your company’s current D&I status. It also has a ‘D&I action plan’ to guide all leaders and companies through different implementation steps and best practices.
