Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for P@SHA member companies, addressing their needs, ensuring value-driven participation, and fostering strong relationships.
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance industry engagement, ensuring alignment with P@SHA’s strategic goals.
- Oversee member onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies to ensure sustained, active participation, and increased member satisfaction
- Establish and cultivate high-level relationships with P@SHA members, industry partners, and stakeholders to drive meaningful collaborations and partnerships.
- Provide strategic guidance to members, offering business development support, market intelligence, and resources to enhance their growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and messaging that promotes P@SHA’s initiatives and highlights the interests of its members.
- Work with policy and government relations teams to align advocacy efforts with industry needs and priorities.
- Coordinate with the skills development team to provide industry feedback on training programs, ensuring they are aligned with market demands
- Develop and implement strategies to expand P@SHA’s membership, increasing engagement in key provincial markets, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create programs and initiatives that address the needs of members and enhance the visibility of the IT industry in Pakistan.
- Maintain accurate records of industry partnerships and engagement activities, and provide regular reports to P@SHA leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility/Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, or a relevant field
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in leadership roles within Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relation
- Deep understanding of the IT industry landscape, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to changing dynamics in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaborative partnerships.
