Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute timely postings across company pages on various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and effectiveness of postings, and provide regular reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing and effective branding materials, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives related to branding and social media management as needed.
  • Ability to minute committee meeting minutes for P@SHA Brand Committee.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in branding, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Proven experience in digital media management, including social media, content creation, and website management.
  • Must be adaptable to changes and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the issues faced by IT Industry will be preferred.

Education/Eligibility:

  • At least 2 years of the relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
