full time General Manager Field Services

at Inbox Business Technologies in Karachi

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing field support and services to all Inbox clients as per various SLA’s.
- Responsible for managing the entire team of field engineers.
- Responsible for ensuring that all systems deployed are used 100%.
- Suggest improvements in systems that will lead to more transparency, cost efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
- Improve upon existing processes and procedures to manage field services team of 70 – 80 people
- Re-Engineer Processes if required and introduce Key Performance Indicator such as customer satisfaction index, turnaround time, support call life etc.
- Create Manuals for Processes and Procedures.
- Handle warranty claim department and manage procedures with principals/suppliers/manufacturers
- Understand pain points of IT Managers and devise a pro-active preventive maintenance mechanism to improve customer satisfaction


Experience & Competencies Required:

- Graduate preferably an MBA with 4 – 5 years of work experience
- Technology orientation is a must, Sound planning and execution skills, Good people manager
