Cindy Smith Brings a Career of Payments Industry Innovation to i2c’s Leadership Team

Cindy’s career has been highlighted by innovations throughout the payments industry, most recently serving as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Meta Financial Group/MetaBank.

Prior to her roles at Meta Financial Group, Ms. Smith held executive positions at Zions Bancorporation where she was recognized by US Banker as one of the “Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” and by the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) as “Business Leader of the Year” for business line transformation and revenue growth. Ms. Smith started her payments career while at US Bank, pioneering Purchasing Cards in the corporate market and additionally was instrumental in the growth, IPO, and sale of Paymentech’s commercial payments division to JPMorganChase.
