Abacus deploys Telenor’s CFL campaign

Telenor recently launched its CFL campaign. It wanted to adopt the philosophy of Net Promoter Score through a process known as Closed Feedback Loop (CFL) and Abacus BPO division being the top quality provider was preferred over other outsourcing partners for this particular project.

CFL was deployed in eleven business units of Telenor Group worldwide. Abacus BPO was the first unit to successfully close the pilot run. The CFL has been deployed on four teams, which sums up to eighty employees and is expected to expand to further sixty employees in the near future.

The campaign was officially launched on March 18, 2013. Celebrations were carried out by Telenor Pakistan and Abacus at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. Abacus employees were also awarded the titles of CFL Coach and CFL Champs.

The launch ceremony was attended by the dignitaries of Telenor and Abacus including Abbas Ali Khan (Partner Abacus), Amir Ibrahim (CMO Telenor), Johnson Gill (Director BPO Abacus), Rehman Ahmad Akhter (Director Support Units TP), Hibib Saqib (Director Call Center TP), Bilal Kazmi (VP Telenor CCD), Shaheryar Rafiq (VP Outsourcing Abacus) and Naqash Butt (Sr. Manager Operations Abacus).
