    Fireside Chat with Fawad Zakariya

     Pakistan’s renowned businessman and entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley, Fawad Zakariya, will share his personal success story with TiE and P@SHA Lahore members in a casual fireside chat.  Fawad is currently a Vice President in SAP’s Global Ecosystem and Partner group where he is responsible for all alliance and business development activities with many of SAP's major strategic partners. Find out the secrets of business success from a legend that has helped create some of world’s most significant ventures.  The session promises to be an interactive forum with the opportunity of unprecedented intellectual access to Fawad Zakaryia.

    Profile

    Fawad is currently a Vice President in SAP’s Global Ecosystem and Partner group where he is responsible for all alliance and business development activities with many of SAP's major strategic partners. Prior to his current role he led SAP's M&A strategy team in the Office of the CEO. Prior to joining SAP, he was a Principal at Advent International, a global private equity and venture capital firm. At Advent he focused on transactions in the software sector and was on the Boards of several portfolio companies. Before joining Advent, he was with Dillon Read Venture Capital in New York. While at Dillon Read he served on the board of two portfolio companies and executed eight completed transactions. He has also worked as an investment banker at CS First Boston, where he executed debt and equity financings and M&A transactions for various clients. Fawad has also worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in their New York office. Fawad received a BA in economics from Haverford College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

    Non-Member: Rs. 2,000/-

    Non-Member Students: Rs1,000/-

    Associate Membership: Rs. 3,000/-

    Student Membership: Rs. 1,500/-
